We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join a stunning luxury country house hotel in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, offering an outstanding opportunity within a quality-driven and highly scenic environment.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain standards while leading the brigade during service. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh produce in a busy but well-organised kitchen.
