A Senior Sous Chef is required for this quaint country pub situated within a charming town in a picturesque area of Wales. Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
The gastro pub has won numerous awards and is a beautiful meeting of modern and traditional design with cosy soft furnishings and roaring fires creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests. Their menu is a seasonal a la carte menu and they have an excellent kitchen which is fully equipped with all the latest equipment. The Head Chef has come from a 3AA Rosette background, runs the kitchen expertly, nurtures the brigade, and handles the kitchen in a calm and professional manner. Due to the level of this kitchen, you will require a high-level kitchen background working with food to at least a 1AA Rosette standard.
