We are delighted to be recruiting a Head Chef for a stunning luxury 4-star hotel in the heart of Surrey, home to an award-winning restaurant holding 2AA Rosettes and renowned for its refined, produce-led cooking.

The hotel offers 20 individually styled bedrooms, luxurious spa facilities and a destination restaurant that attracts both hotel guests and discerning local diners. It is a place where attention to detail matters, standards are high, and creativity is encouraged.

As Head Chef you will:
- Lead and inspire a skilled brigade in a high-quality, professional kitchen
- Oversee all kitchen operations across restaurant and events
- Maintain and develop menus that reflect seasonality, creativity and consistency
- Ensure excellent kitchen management, stock control and food costings
- Deliver ongoing training and development for the team
- Uphold the standards expected of a 2AA Rosette operation
