We are recruiting a Cook to join a friendly and welcoming care home in Blackburn, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking for great hours and a rewarding role within a supportive environment.

As Cook, you will support the preparation and service of meals while ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised, and operating to excellent hygiene standards. This role would suit someone with previous kitchen or catering experience who enjoys cooking fresh food and wants a role with daytime hours and a better work-life balance.

Duties:
  • Prepare and cook fresh daily meals for residents
  • Assist with dietary requirements and special meal requests
