A Pastry Sous Chef is required for this high-level restaurant situated in a stunning 5 Star hotel in the gorgeous city of Edinburgh.
The hotel exudes extravagance and luxury and the restaurant has won an abundance of awards for its fantastic cuisine and excellent customer service.
The fine dining restaurant uses an excellent range of local produce, serving up to 120 covers.
They are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join the team and assist in the running of the pastry section
As Pastry Sous Chef you will:
- Have a high level background and be looking to work within an excellent environment
- Be a passionate and talented Pastry Chef
- Be hard working and have the drive and determination to ensure consistency is maintained throughout the pastry team
- Be looking to obtain the highest accolades for this elite establishment
- Be responsible for assisting in running the pastry section in all kitchens within this amazing establishment
- Produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
- Manage a team of Pastry Chefs and be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of your team
