We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to join a large, well-established hotel in Glasgow, offering an excellent opportunity within a high-volume, multi-outlet operation.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operation, leading multiple departments and ensuring consistent delivery across all services. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead from the front, particularly during busy service periods and large events.
