We are recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation within a large, multi-faceted hospitality venue in Glasgow, offering a rare opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and evolving food offering.

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, overseeing restaurant service, casino floor dining, and events/banqueting. You will lead a brigade of chefs ensuring structure, consistency, and efficiency across all areas. This role requires a highly organised chef with experience in multi-outlet or hotel-style operations, someone who understands how to manage volume, maintain control, and deliver consistent quality across different service styles. You will be given autonomy over menu development, with the opportunity to influence the direction of the food offering as the business continues to evolve.
Duties:- Oversee all kitchen operations across restaurant, events, and casino floor dining
- Lead, organise, and develop a brigade of chefs
- Maintain consistency and quality across varied service styles
- Manage stock, GP, and kitchen performance in line with targets
- Design and develop menus with a strong commercial focus
- Ensure smooth delivery of banqueting and large-scale events
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen discipline
- Work closely with senior management on the ongoing development of the food offering
