As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading your team and ensuring consistently high standards across food quality, preparation and service.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in a busy, quality-led kitchen.
You'll be a natural leader who can motivate a team, remain calm under pressure and take pride in consistently delivering great food.
As Head Chef you will:
Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade
Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen during service
Maintain excellent standards of food quality and presentation
Manage ordering, stock control and food costs
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Support the development of menus and new dishes
Work closely with the wider management team to deliver an excellent guest experience
