We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to join an exceptional 3AA Rosette hotel in one of Scotland's most breathtaking coastal locations, offering a fantastic opportunity within a luxury, food-led environment.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage areas, ensuring service standards remain consistently exceptional while leading and developing the front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role suited to a strong hospitality leader who enjoys being present on the floor, supporting the team during service, and creating memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with senior management and the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless communication and consistently high standards throughout the operation.

Duties:

  • Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and food and beverage operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
