As Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside the senior kitchen team, taking responsibility for your section and helping deliver consistently high-quality food across the hotel's kitchens.
We're also very happy to consider a strong Demi Chef de Partie who is ready to take the next step. You'll be given the support and training to build your confidence, develop your skills and progress within the brigade.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Take responsibility for your section during preparation and service
Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard
Work closely with the senior chefs and wider kitchen team
Maintain excellent standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
Keep your section organised, clean and well stocked
Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Bring ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the kitchen
Support and encourage junior members of the team where appropriate
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for cooking, a positive attitude and the drive to make the most of a great opportunity. You might already be a Chef de Partie, or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for somewhere you can learn from a strong team and take the next step in your career.
You don't need to know everything already. The right attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for producing great food are far more important.
