We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join an exceptional 3AA Rosette hotel in a breathtaking coastal location, offering an outstanding opportunity within a focused and quality-driven kitchen.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and maintaining standards across all areas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the brigade, lead during service, and help drive the kitchen forward.
