We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager with a strong background in hotels, ideally within a boutique or independently operated property. You will be confident overseeing both rooms and food and beverage, with the ability to move comfortably between the different areas of the business.As Hotel Manager you will:
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel
Lead and support the hotel and restaurant teams
Maintain consistently high standards across bedrooms, food and beverage and guest service
Be a visible presence for both guests and the wider team
Oversee staffing, rotas and team development
Support the restaurant operation and ensure smooth service throughout the day
Manage guest feedback and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally
Monitor operational standards and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with senior management on the ongoing development of the business
Help drive repeat business through excellent service and attention to detail
You'll be a natural people person who leads from the front, enjoys being involved in the operation and understands that great hospitality comes from getting the small details right. You'll also need to be organised, commercially aware and confident managing and developing a team.
