Head Pastry Chef South Yorkshire Luxury Hotel A Head Pastry Chef is required in South Yorkshire for this stunning, luxury country house hotel.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
The hotel has all the original charm and features of the historic building with open fires, cosy lounges and including individually appointed bedrooms overlooking the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel.
You must have Pastry Chef experience within an a la carte restaurant or luxury hotel in order to be considered for this role.
The chefs work from an excellently equipped kitchen and their chefs are offered numerous benefits in exchange for their abilities and experience.

As Head Pastry Chef you will:

  • Be responsible for the pastry section in all kitchens within this amazing establishment
  • Produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
  • Manage a team of Pastry Chefs
  • Be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of your team
