They are looking for a Head Chef to join the team and maintain the standards of their talented kitchen brigade to ensure the level of food is retained. They are looking for someone who shares their passion for locally sourced produce and fuss-free modern British cuisine. The restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service within an elegant dining room and also caters for weddings and functions up to 100 covers.
As Head Chef you will:
