This property is home to a 2AA Rosettes award-winning restaurant that serves traditional and modern British cuisine. They are looking for a Head Chef with experience of working within a professional kitchen who is creative and passionate in their cooking.

The owners are passionate about the use of local and fresh ingredients and are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will have strong business acumen and be looking for a role where you can maintain the high standards of this award-winning venue.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills, along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine; the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens
