As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared and served to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices. This role would suit an experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, or strong Cook looking for a more balanced lifestyle away from late nights and split shifts, while still working within a professional kitchen environment.
Duties:
