There is a modern, a la carte restaurant on-site serving modern British and European cuisine from seasonal a la carte menus and draws guests locally as well as tourists from further afield.
There is a professional and stable team in place, and they are now looking for someone to come onboard and drive the business forward.
They are looking for a General Manager who is looking to work within an independent hotel and take the role on as his own and be fully responsible for the hotel.
