As Front of House Porter you will:

• Be well presented and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the Front of House.
• Carry out security checks to maintain the security of the premises and its contents.
• Have excellent communication skills and maintain full communication with the porters and receptionists regarding hotel and guest activity at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Conduct check in and check out where necessary and manage all enquiries promptly and efficiently.
