They are looking for a dynamic, confident and highly motivated Food & Beverage Manager who will take f ull responsibility for the entire Food & Beverage operation, ensuring consistently exceptional standards of service across all outlets. This is very much a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who thrives on being present on the floor, leading from the front and working alongside their team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. The Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's Food & Beverage department, taking ownership of its day-to-day operations, team performance, financial results and overall guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Leading from the front with a visible, hands-on approach, actively supporting the team during service. Recruiting, training, developing and inspiring a high-performing Food & Beverage team. Maintaining the exceptional service standards expected of a luxury 5-star property. Managing departmental budgets, labour costs, stock control and profitability. Working closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. Driving continuous improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency and commercial performance. Creating a positive, supportive and professional working environment where the team feels motivated and valued. About You They are looking for an individual who combines strong commercial and operational management skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or senior operational leader within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment. Experience overseeing multiple Food & Beverage outlets and managing a substantial team. A strong understanding of fine dining and exceptional service standards. Excellent financial awareness and the ability to manage departmental performance. A natural, approachable leadership style with the confidence to motivate and develop others. A genuine enjoyment of being involved in service rather than managing solely from behind a desk. Above all, you will be someone who takes real pride in their department, leads by example and understands that exceptional hospitality comes from a happy, motivated team and attention to the smallest details.
