We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a highly successful food-led pub on the Norfolk coast, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to join a busy fresh food operation with live-in accommodation available.

With the restaurant serving up to 150 covers, this is a busy kitchen where organisation, consistency and teamwork are essential.

The kitchen works with fresh, quality ingredients to produce a varied food offering, giving you plenty of opportunity to develop your skills across different sections.

As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section during service, ensuring your mise en place is completed and dishes are produced consistently to a high standard.

You'll work closely with the Senior Chefs and wider brigade to keep service running smoothly.

As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section confidently during service
Complete preparation and mise en place to a high standard
Produce dishes consistently in line with the kitchen's standards
Work across different sections when required
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards
Help keep the kitchen organised and efficient
Support junior members of the team and contribute positively to the brigade
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a busy professional kitchen.

You'll be organised, reliable and comfortable working at pace, with a genuine passion for fresh food and a desire to continue developing your skills.
