We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury resort spa in Cheshire, offering a fantastic opportunity within a stylish and fast-growing food and beverage operation.

As Spa Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar operation, leading a team of 20+ staff while ensuring guests receive attentive, warm, and professional service throughout their visit. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident floor leader who can motivate a team, maintain standards, and manage a busy operation smoothly and efficiently.
Duties:
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and service flow
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Work closely with senior management to drive standards and performance
