As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the senior management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards are maintained across all services. This is a hands-on floor-based role requiring a confident hospitality professional with strong food and beverage knowledge and the ability to lead from the front. You will work closely with an experienced team of around nine, helping to guide service, train staff, and ensure every guest receives polished yet warm hospitality. Duties:
Support the running of restaurant and bar operations
Assist with staff training, supervision, and development
Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
