You will have experience within a quality-led kitchen and ideally have worked to at least 2AA Rosette standard. You will be technically strong, passionate about ingredients and food, and ready to take the next step in your career within a highly regarded kitchen.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
Support the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently excellent food
Help maintain the high standards expected within this 2AA Rosette kitchen
Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen
Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to an exceptional standard
Help lead, support and develop more junior members of the brigade
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment
Assist with the smooth running of services and the wider kitchen operation
