As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the kitchen team, taking responsibility for your section and helping to deliver food to consistently high standards.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section efficiently and professionally
Prepare and cook dishes using exceptional seasonal ingredients
Maintain consistently high standards of quality and presentation
Complete mise en place to the required standard
Work closely with the senior kitchen team throughout service
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Support junior members of the team where required
Continue developing your skills and knowledge within a quality-led environment
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a professional kitchen and be passionate about cooking with excellent ingredients.
You will be organised, motivated and able to work well as part of a busy kitchen team, with a genuine desire to learn, develop and progress.
A full UK driving licence is required due to the rural location of the property.
