We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for an exciting new restaurant opening in Gloucestershire this September, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality kitchen team from the very beginning.

This exciting new 60-cover restaurant is part of a significant new hospitality development and will offer breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea, with a strong focus on excellent ingredients, quality cooking, and beautifully presented food.

The kitchen leadership team comes with an exceptional background, with the senior chefs having worked within some of the UK's finest kitchens, including experience at highly acclaimed 2AA and 3AA Rosette establishments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to work alongside genuinely talented chefs and be part of something being built from the ground up.

As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the kitchen team, helping to prepare and deliver a varied daytime menu covering breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea.

As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section and maintain consistently high standards
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using excellent fresh ingredients
Assist with the preparation of pastry, afternoon tea, and other daily offerings
Complete mise en place to a consistently high standard
Work closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth service
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Support junior members of the team where required
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong cook looking to develop their skills within a high-quality kitchen.

You will be passionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in producing consistently excellent dishes.

Most importantly, you'll be keen to learn and develop alongside a talented senior team.
