As Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your own section, ensuring preparation is organised, service runs smoothly and every dish leaving the kitchen meets the required standard.
You'll work closely with the senior kitchen team and wider brigade, contributing to a positive working environment and helping deliver a consistently excellent food offering.
As Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie, you will:
Take ownership of your section, ensuring it is organised and fully prepared for service
Produce dishes to a consistently high standard of quality and presentation
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver smooth and efficient services
Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Help manage stock, minimise waste and use ingredients effectively
Support and guide junior members of the brigade where appropriate
Contribute ideas and maintain a positive, professional approach within the kitchen
We're keen to hear from both experienced Chef de Parties and Senior CDPs who are confident running a section and take real pride in their cooking. You'll have a strong fresh-food background, good organisational skills and the ability to maintain standards in a busy kitchen.
