As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to support the day-to-day running of the pub while helping maintain exceptional standards across all areas of the operation.
This role would suit a strong supervisor or existing Assistant Manager from a quality pub, bar, or restaurant background who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a busy service-led environment.
Duties:
Support all aspects of the day-to-day operation
Lead the front of house team during busy service periods
Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
Assist with staff training, motivation, and development
Help manage rotas and daily service organisation
Maintain high standards of presentation and atmosphere throughout the venue
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
You will be a confident and personable hospitality professional with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
