We are delighted to be recruiting a Head Chef for a stunning luxury 4-star hotel in the heart of Surrey, home to an award-winning restaurant holding 2AA Rosettes and renowned for its refined, produce-led cooking.

The hotel offers 20 individually styled bedrooms, luxurious spa facilities and a destination restaurant that attracts both hotel guests and discerning local diners. It is a place where attention to detail matters, standards are high, and creativity is encouraged.

The kitchen operates at a serious level, producing polished, seasonal menus built around quality ingredients and confident technique. Alongside the restaurant, the hotel also caters for weddings, private dining, conferences and events, all delivered to the same exacting standard.

This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to truly take ownership of a well-established kitchen, leading a talented brigade while continuing to evolve the food offering and reputation of the restaurant.

As Head Chef you will:

  • Lead and inspire a skilled brigade in a high-quality, professional kitchen
  • Oversee all kitchen operations across restaurant and events
  • Maintain and develop menus that reflect seasonality, creativity and consistency
  • Ensure excellent kitchen management, stock control and food costings
  • Deliver ongoing training and development for the team
  • Uphold the standards expected of a 2AA Rosette operation
