This is a hands-on floor-based role requiring a confident hospitality professional with strong food and beverage knowledge and the ability to lead from the front. You will work closely with an experienced team of nine, helping to guide service, train staff, and ensure every guest receives polished yet warm hospitality. Candidates with experience in tasting menus, quality à la carte service, and high-end environments will be particularly well suited.
