As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead service while maintaining standards across all sections. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, contributing to menu development, supporting junior chefs, and ensuring consistency throughout service.
Duties:
- Support the running of the kitchen during service
- Lead sections and assist in supervising the brigade
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
