Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective communication
- Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and operational costs
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a fine dining or high‑end restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in fine dining hospitality
