Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective communication
• Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and operational costs
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a fine dining or high‑end restaurant
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in fine dining hospitality
