We are excited to be recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a much-loved restaurant with rooms on the beautiful Cornish coast.
Perched in a charming seaside village, this property is all about relaxed coastal living — think stunning sea views, freshly caught fish, and the warmest of welcomes.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the smooth running of service from morning through to evening.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to showcase the best of Cornwall on the plate and in the experience.
