We’re expanding our team at Taste Hospitality Recruitment and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Greater Manchester–based office.

We’re now looking for a professional, personable and driven Recruitment Consultant to complement our established and supportive team. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who is self-motivated, forward-thinking and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Due to our strong reputation and high-profile client base, delivering an exceptional level of service is essential. You’ll need to operate with professionalism, integrity and attention to detail at all times, and share our ethos of putting quality and relationships first.
Responsibilities- Managing your own recruitment desk
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Handling vacancies from briefing through to placement
- Providing honest, knowledgeable advice to both clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate records and managing your workload effectively
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry is essential
- Computer literate and at least 35 words per minute typing skills
- Sales and admin experience
- Confident, articulate and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Organised, hard-working and genuinely motivated to succeed
- A passion for food and hospitality
