A Junior Sous Chef is required for a stunning luxury spa hotel set within breathtaking coastal surroundings in County Durham. This magnificent country house property sits within beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking the dramatic North East coastline. As Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen management
  • Help train and develop junior chefs within the team
  • Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
