We are looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience in a quality kitchen who takes pride in their cooking and enjoys working as part of a busy, professional brigade.
You will be organised, reliable and passionate about producing excellent food, with the ambition to keep developing your skills and progress your career within a well-regarded hotel environment.
- Take responsibility for your own section during service
- Prepare and cook dishes consistently to a high standard
- Ensure excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Maintain strong food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade
- Support and encourage junior chefs
- Help ensure smooth, efficient services across the restaurant and wider operation
