An award-winning luxury hotel in the heart of the New Forest is looking for a Meetings & Events Manager to join its management team.

You will have previous experience in an events or sales office within a luxury hotel environment, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be a natural leader who can inspire their team to achieve and exceed targets.

As Meetings & Events Manager, you will:

  • Lead the events office team, managing enquiries from initial contact through to final details.
  • Drive conversion and maximise revenue opportunities across weddings, conferences, and private functions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life to the highest standard.
  • Motivate, train, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
