As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading your team while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational standards.
As Head Chef you will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations
- Produce seasonal, fresh food to consistently high standards
- Manage stock, ordering, GP, and food costs
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety legislation
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Work closely with senior management to continually develop the food offering
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and organised Head Chef with a strong fresh food background and excellent leadership skills.
You will thrive in a busy kitchen, enjoy developing your team, and be committed to delivering memorable dining experiences for every guest.
