This stunning, Michelin Star restaurant in West Sussex is seeking a Commis Chef to join its exceptional kitchen team.

This historic property is set in breathtaking surroundings, with a renowned kitchen garden that supplies the pass with the freshest seasonal produce.
As Commis Chef you will work in a 4-day week with an excellent salary and benefits, and the option of live-in accommodation on site.

Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team in all aspects of mise en place and food preparation for service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in line with kitchen policies.
Qualifications
- Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 year experience of working within a professional kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Want to move to a fantastic kitchen in order to learn and develop your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
