We’re on the lookout for a talented Commis Chef to join the brigade at one of Marylebone’s most exciting openings of the last few years — a buzzing Mediterranean restaurant with a wood-fired soul and a Michelin-level kitchen.
This is modern cooking rooted in old-world techniques. Think whole fish grilled over open flames, delicate pasta rolled fresh each day, and confident, flavour-forward small plates designed to let the ingredients do the talking.

Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team in all sections with preparation, cooking and plating to the required standard
- Assist in maintaining clean and orderly work areas and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock issues, labelling and dating of ingredients
Qualifications
- Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 year experience of working within a professional kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Want to move to a fantastic kitchen in order to learn and develop your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
