We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join a brilliant fresh food pub restaurant in the Burnley area. The kitchen team is led by a passionate Head Chef who champions fresh ingredients and encourages creativity, development and progression within the brigade.
Responsibilities- As Chef de Partie you will run your own section confidently, support the junior team and maintain consistency and high standards throughout service.
- You’ll have input on specials, seasonal menus and day-to-day prep.
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen.
- Be experienced in running your own section.
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout.
