We’re recruiting a Breakfast Chef for an impressive 5 Star country house hotel in Wiltshire, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a quality kitchen team while enjoying predominantly daytime hours and finishing by 3pm.

The hotel is now looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the brigade, preparing and delivering a high-quality breakfast offering for its guests. It’s a particularly appealing opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts but appreciates having the rest of the afternoon and evening to themselves.
- Approximately £300 per month in additional service charge
- Daytime shifts, approximately 6am–2pm/3pm

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, ensuring guests enjoy a great start to their day. You’ll work as part of a professional kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service throughout.
As Breakfast Chef you will:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
- Deliver a smooth and well‑organised breakfast service
- Ensure dishes are presented beautifully and consistently
- Complete preparation ahead of service
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Manage stock and minimise food waste
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Help create a positive experience for hotel guests
We’re looking for a chef with previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with some breakfast experience. You’ll be organised, reliable and take pride in producing good-quality food, even during busy services.
