As Sommelier, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior team to deliver an exceptional wine and beverage experience for guests while continuing to develop your own knowledge and expertise. This role would suit either an experienced Sommelier or a more junior front of house professional with WSET Level 2 who is passionate about wine and eager to learn within a high-level environment. Personality, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for hospitality are just as important as experience.

Duties

  • Advise guests on wine pairings and beverage selections
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across wine and drinks menus
  • Support the smooth running of restaurant service
