As Taste Film continues to expand, we’re looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to help scale Taste Film through high-impact commercial partnerships. Working with film studios, brands and the wider film industry, this role will lead partnerships, securing co-marketing initiatives, one-off screenings and sponsorships, while safeguarding the creative and culinary integrity at the heart of our brand.

You’ll play a vital role in striking the balance between commercial strategy and storytelling, ensuring every partner we work with enhances the magic of the Taste Film experience, whilst also supporting the Head Of Commercial. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this is a target-driven role focused on delivering measurable growth through new deals, partner performance, and brand-aligned expansion. You may also travel nationally and internationally to onboard new partners, assess brand standards, and build a consistent, scalable foundation for success.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a confident dealmaker, learning how to pitch with impact, negotiate with purpose, and close partnerships that serve both the bottom line and the brand. You’ll refine your commercial instincts alongside a small, high-performance team and contribute directly to the next chapter of Taste Film’s ambitious global journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development: Conduct market research to assess demand for Taste Film in new territories and contribute to expansion strategies. Support the Head Of Commercial to develop scalable business solutions and identify new partnership opportunities for long-term growth, with your own annual targets and budgets. Build the Taste Film B2B offering, expanding the services on offer and driving the outreach programme, reporting regularly on successes. Support the Head Of Commercial in the ongoing negotiations for UK and International expansion.
  • Marketing Partnerships: Develop an outreach strategy and campaign that increases Taste Film brand awareness and attracts brands interested in creating marketing partnerships. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing partnerships are successfully delivered, align with brand guidelines, and continue to grow Taste Film’s brand awareness.
  • B2B Events: Develop a strategy for building B2B events for both brands and studio partners, ensuring alignment with Taste Film’s creative vision and commercial strategy. Liaise with the event production team on structuring and executing the operational and creative elements. Create compelling sales pitches to articulate our vision. Build budgets, lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial terms, manage contracts and ensure all partnership and legal obligations are met. Own the development of strategic sponsorship opportunities that are tailored to specific brand categories and partnership goals.
ABOUT YOU

You are an energetic, natural relationship builder with a sharp commercial mindset and a love for creative collaboration. You thrive on spotting opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering win-win outcomes. Confident in sales, negotiation and communication, you can engage everyone from global brands to local independents with ease and credibility. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring partnerships are not just signed but truly activated. You’re curious, proactive, and unafraid to think big—bringing fresh ideas that elevate the brand and create unforgettable experiences. Above all, you’re passionate about storytelling, culture, and building meaningful connections that drive growth.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The CVs We’ll Focus On: Those that include a bespoke covering letter explaining why you’re the right person for this role whilst referring to the job description. Experience in the creative industries, we’re open minded about what that might be. Ability to build, from scratch, a budget with often complex Excel formulas. Knowledge of Canva and the ability to build compelling presentations and tell stories.

Essential:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing partnerships or similar.
  • A confident negotiator, with an understanding of different approaches to ensure win/win.

  • An ability to build relationships and manage high-value partnerships with support from senior leadership. At times you’ll be flying solo.
  • Passion for the intersection of food and film, understanding how both elements can elevate immersive experiences.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Desirable:
