Hours: Full-time (5 days per week), with 2–3 days per week based in the office. Additional Requirements: Occasional weekend work may be required to support live events.

THE ROLE
As Taste Film continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business by providing administrative support across multiple areas of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing guest relations, maintaining documentation and spreadsheets, coordinating communications, and assisting with general office administration. As a key point of contact for the central inbox, you will help ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally, promptly, and directed to the appropriate teams. You will play an important role in keeping the business organised and supporting the wider team to operate efficiently and effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relations
- Manage the central inbox by forwarding communications to relevant departments and responding to customer enquiries where appropriate.
- Working closely with our ticketing partner to ensure customer requests are appropriately handled and tracked.
- Support the handling of customer enquiries and complaints in line with company processes and timelines.
- Update internal documentation that tracks ongoing customer relation requests.
- Event Coordination Support
- Support the planning and coordination of live events by assisting with administrative and operational tasks.
- Update and maintain internal reporting dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Manage and update guest lists for events, including ticket information, and special requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate dietary requirement information, ensuring this is communicated clearly to relevant teams and venue partners.
- Support communication between internal departments, venues, and suppliers to help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
