Transformation lead! Huge growth (hiring 10+ people/week) is driving this firm to hire an experienced transformation leader to set up and run a transformation office looking at ROI and business benefits. Ops model design in background a big plus.
The company builds a mix of high-end luxury flats (£10m+) whilst also becoming more involved in affordable housing. They recently met with the Mayor of London and their profile is increasing. They are owned by one of the Middle East’s largest property businesses and have big plans to grow.
We are looking for someone to set up and run a transformation office. They will understand the property business and also what comes with high growth in this sector; new people, new processes, new systems, new procedures. The firm has a number of pillars for success:
- Expansion, readiness and capital raising
- Enhance brand and improve sales; building new sales processes for BD
- People and operating model – recruitment and people processes
- Product excellence aligned with sustainability strategy with the parent company
- Leverage digital
Minimum Requirements:
- Deep experience in transformation
- Property sector expertise or a related industry
- Experienced in building and developing a transformation office in terms of structure, process and timeline
- ROI and business case focused (not just a programme leader)
- Long-term stints at professional companies where you can share war-stories of transformation!
- ROI and business benefits driven – not just looking for a transformation/programme leader but a commercial candidate who can work effectively with the different business areas to instill confidence in the vision
