Our client is a data and analytics business that helps major banks and financial institutions look at their performance through data. Data models and solutions across revenue benchmarking, fee costings, pricing, payments and more help Heads of Strategy and Heads of Product across large banks and asset managers to benchmark their positioning relative to the competition.

Backed by a tier 1 strategy firm, the company also supports strategy case work - sometimes in the region of £20-30m value cases depending on the client.

We're looking for someone to help expand the footprint of this business across the wealth and asset management sector. You will need to understand how a large asset management business operates and bring a track record of successful sales and business development with you. This is sophisticated selling and mostly highly consultative, long-term relationships.

Some businesses spend yearly fees on data models, others one-off pieces of consulting work and with some of the larger clients, there is a long-term relationship. Especially for the top end of this range of hire, we are looking for someone with a network into key asset management businesses and someone who can demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a start-up type environment.

The firm is currently 85 people and growing fast. This is a highly entrepreneurial business; we are looking for energy, drive and determination to succeed.
