Working as part of our Operations Business Support team, this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced role supporting teams across Tas Networks.

As a Business Assistant, you’ll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly managing priorities, coordinating tasks and delivering great service every day.

  • What you’ll do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teams
  • Manage requests and priorities using JIRA request/task management system
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, catering and events
  • Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials
  • Support SAP (finance) processes including purchase orders, invoices and expenses
  • Assist with onboarding, site inductions and new starter coordination
  • Maintain records, intranet content and general office processes

You’re organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment.

You enjoy supporting others, can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

  • Strong skills across Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Experience in administrative or business support roles
