A Food Services Officer helps deliver hospital catering, preparing meals and ensuring hygiene, safety, and dietary compliance.

The Role

As a Food Services Officer, you will support in providing high-quality catering services within the hospital. This includes assisting with food preparation, production, service, meal distribution, ware-washing and maintaining clean and hygienic kitchen and service areas. You will play an important role in ensuring patients, visitors, and staff receive meals that meet dietary requirements, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused food service environment.

Details of appointment

Permanent, full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary Packaging

You’ll have access to a salary package including living expenses up to $9,010 and $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, plus other benefits if eligible.
