We are an established Australian business consulting firm specializing in growth strategy for businesses and entrepreneurs. As we expand into the UK market, we are seeking a UK-based Branch Coordinator to support the establishment of our new UK operation and act as our local point of contact.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch a new branch of an international firm. You will work directly with our VP of Human Resources and play a hands-on role in getting our UK operation up and running.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the administrative setup of the UK branch, liaising with our external accountants, legal advisers, and service providers
- Act as our local coordinator and point of contact in the UK
- Coordinate directly with the VP of HR on onboarding processes and operational tasks
- Handle general administrative duties as the branch develops
Hours and location:
- Fully remote work from anywhere in the UK
- Part-time for the initial 5 months (approximately 24 hours per week), with the potential to transition to full-time thereafter
